Converters answer a specific question fast: how many centimeters are in an inch, what this HEX color is in HSL, what 3 pm in New York is in Kyiv, or how to write 2026 in Roman numerals. Every converter works in both directions and accepts a comma or a point as the decimal separator, whichever your keyboard produces. Results are shown in your locale's number format, with a raw value you can copy for a spreadsheet or code. The unit converter covers length, weight, temperature, area, volume, speed, time and data size, and each group has its own page so you can bookmark the one you use. The time zone converter uses the time zone database built into your browser, so it follows daylight saving changes without updates from us. None of the converters need a connection after the page has loaded.
Common questions
Do the converters accept a decimal comma?
Yes. Type 1,5 or 1.5 and both are read as one and a half. Thousands separators such as spaces and apostrophes are ignored. If a value has both a comma and a point, the last one is treated as the decimal separator, which matches how numbers are written in most countries.
How precise are the unit conversions?
Conversion factors use the definitions published by standards bodies, and calculations are done in double-precision floating point. Results are rounded for display, and the raw value is shown next to it. For legal, medical or engineering use, check the rounding in the raw value before relying on it.
