FAQ
Can I send this timer to someone else?
Copy the address of the page after you set the length. The chosen number of seconds travels in the link, so it opens on the same countdown for whoever receives it. It does not start by itself; the other person still presses Start, because browsers do not let a page make a sound before somebody interacts with it.
Do I need to install anything?
No. This is a web page: open it and it works, on a phone, a tablet or a computer. There is nothing to sign up for, no extension and no app. If you use it often, add the page to your home screen or bookmark it, and it will open on fifteen minutes every time.
Can I pause and come back to it?
Yes. Pause holds the remaining time exactly, and Start carries on from there rather than from the beginning. Reset puts the fifteen minutes back. The one thing that clears the count is leaving the page, since the timer lives in the tab and nothing runs after you close it.
